5 stars isn't enough. We have had a 10-star experience working with Southern Reflection Pool. Cameron Brown has a gift to look at a property and visualize the complete turnkey construction of not only the pool but also the landscaping, hardscape, fencing etc. We contracted Southern Reflection to draw our project and then moved forward with the complete turnkey project based on the drawings. The finished project looks almost identical to the drawings. The advantage of choosing Southern Reflection is that Cameron will be on site to manage the project, but he also participates in a lot of the construction himself along with his team. There were several decisions for us to make along the way and after about the second decision, I started asking Cameron to decide for us and do it the way he would if it was his own property. We understood when we signed our contract that it would be about a year before the project would start. We are so glad we didn't get impatient and make a mistake of going in a different direction. Once our pool was built and in operation, we have had a great relationship with Miranda and the retail store in Clemmons. We simply take a water sample to the store and leave with step-by-step directions on exactly what the water needs. Miranda is a great resource that we can trust and count on. The store also has many great pool accessories to enhance your pool experience. Any question or service need we have had since the pool was opened is always dealt with.
